The rooms are modern and
friendly furnished. The spacious apartments offer fully equipped
kitchen, private bathroom and toilet as well as radio, Sat-TV,
telephone and free W-LAN/Wi-Fi.
According to your individual space
and equipment needs we offer you different types of apartments - ranging from
single apartments to 4-5 bed apartments.

Non-smoking
policy:
The apartmentsAll apartments are
strictly non-smoking.
Kitchen:
The kitchens are well equipped with fridge, stove and all the
necessary crockery. The rooms are cleaned daily (Monday through Friday). Linen
and towels are provided.
Food
+ Beverage:
The apartments feature a kitchen including all the necessary equipment.
You can either prepare your own food in private atmosphere OR you decide to
enjoy our breakfast (surcharge EUR 6,- per person and day)

secure your apartment and confirm your booking, please let us know

indicated below. The remaining 75% of the fee are due 2 weeks prior to
your arrival. Payment is possible via bank transfer or via credit card.

- Cancellation
policy:
up to 5 days prior to arrival - no cancellation charge
within 4 days of arrival or no show - 50% of the accommodation price
of the first week.

Saturday: 7 am - 12 am
IMPORTANT: Should your arrival be
outside the standard check-in hours,
please inform us at least 24
hours in advance.

- W-LAN (WI-FI,
wireless LAN) is available free of charge. Please bring your own
computer.
Minimum reservation duration: 3 nights
Payment: 25% of the total amount of invoice at the time of
registration;
Full payment has to be on our account at least 28 days
before arrival
Cancellation: until 28 days before arrival 25% cancellation
fee; within 27 days of arrival or failure to arrive - 100%
cancellation fee of the booked amount.
