Children

Children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Children under 2 years stay free of charge in cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 24 per night per person for extra beds.

Cancellation policy:

At least 2 days notice of cancellation before arrival date is required (until 2pm), otherwise one night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Attention: at certain special events like New Year, Easter Holidays and exeptional events etc., cancellation conditions will be announced with individual reservation confirmations.

Payment information:

We need a valid credit card number with expire date, as a guarantee (VISA or MasterCard). You can secure your booking also with a bank transfer.

Upon check-out we accept Visa, Maestro, Eurocard/Mastercard or cash payment.

Extras:

• Parking possibility: in the ELBL Parking House of Gerngross Shopping centre, on the other side of the street for EUR 15,-/night/car. Upon arrival, please come first to our reception and ask for the drive-in ticket, because we can guarante eonly in this case this discounted rate.

• Airport transfer can be ordered: EUR 35,- one way (Hotel-Airport or Airport-Hotel)

• Small pets: EUR 10,- per night

About parking in Vienna:

If you arrive by car we can offer you parking places in the Parking House of Gerngross Shopping centre, on the other side of the street for Eur 15,-/night/car. Upon arrival, please come first to our reception and ask for the drive-in ticket, because we can guarante eonly in this case this discounted rate.

As our hotel is located in the city centre, the nearby streets are paying zones from Monday to Friday 9am-10pm. If you decide to leave your car on the street you have to buy every 2 hours a parking ticket at the newspaper shops (Tabak/Trafik), or from thet ticket vending machines at the underground station. After 10pm and on weekends the parking is free (exception: on the Mariahilferstrasse the paying times are Mo-Fr 8am-6pm and Sat 8am-12pm noon). About parkin in Vienna please visit: www.parkeninwien.at
