The "Fleger Appartements" owned and managed since 1988 by the family Fleger, are well known in Ottakring, a typical district of Vienna. In every corner our guests will find the unique charme and kindliness of the city. And the love for details and friendliness give our guests a good feeling.

Actually we can offer our guests 10 four-stars-appartements, from 40 till 60 m² up to 3, 4 or 7 persons.     The art of good living!

The FLEGER APPARTEMENTS are already priced with four stars more than one time.

As required by our guests we can offer accommodations with
40m², 50m² or 60m².

Our comfortable appartements are equipped with

In the kitchen there are refrigerator, E-store, coffee-machine, microwave and enough dishes, pots and pans.



The prices include all taxes and charges. You can pay cash or with credit-card

As tourist or businessman, for a few days or a long time, we offer our guests facilities to stay comfortable. A quiet place in a typical vienna district, away from the main streets. Very next to the appartements there are enough shopping possibilities, bank and restaurants with vienna and international cooking.

Maybe you will enjoy an evening in a typical Heurigen of Vienna (10 minutes by feet) or an excursion in the Wienerwald which is next. Thanks to the ideal position you can reach the centre, the Schönbrunn castle and all other famous places of vienna in few minutes (tramway J, 44, 10,(underground 3).
