Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival. From this time onwards, the apartment is ready to be occupied.
Check-out is by 11.00 on the day of departure. The apartment must be vacated by this time.
Other times may be arranged if needed.
Any request for a variation to the arrival and departure times must be promptly notified to,
and expressly confirmed by Josefstadt-Appartements.

Special rates apply over the Advent period, Christmas, New Year, Whitsun, Easter
or for special occasions such as congresses, major sporting events, etc.
and will be provided upon request.

Payment policy
The payment for the apartment for the entire length of stay is due in advance (or on the first of the month for stays exceeding 1 month).

Resevation policy
Reservations can be confirmed once credit card details (number and date of expiry)
have been received, or upon receipt of 25% of the total booking
(or for bookings longer than a month, 25% of the first month).

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made a full 15 days before the beginning of the stay incur no charges (and the deposit paid will be refunded).
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the beginning of the stay incur a cancellation
    fee of 25% or the loss of the deposit.
  • For cancellations made less than 4 nights before arrival, the total amount
    of the invoiced booking will be charged
  • Special cancellation policies apply to special holidays such as: Christmas,
    New Year, Easter and Whitsun, or special events like congresses etc.
