About 1930, a hotel for discerning
guests was constructed atop this gently sloping hill. Some 20 years
later, in 1951, the hotel was purchased by the Bläuel family. Over the course of the years, the Bläuels succeeded in transforming this
little hilltop hotel into an elegant country hotel with a gourmet
restaurant and a reputation far beyond the confines of Austria.
