We offer first-class apartments with all modern conveniences at reasonable prices in one of Vienna’s finest housing locations, the “Schafberg”.
Our new and modern 4-star apartments have been inspected by the Chamber of Tourism of Vienna and are located in a very quiet area surrounded by beautiful natural landscape in the so called “Wienerwald” or “Vienna’s Green Lung”.
You will find that we have an optimum infrastucture: streetcar and rapid transit stops, busses, taxi rank, supermarkets, coffeehouses, restaurants, “Heurige” (a special type of restaurant where fine wines are served), pharmacies, a hospital, park, swimming-pool and children’s playgrounds are nearby.

Services
We reserve tickets for concerts and the theater with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and pick them up for you. We can also get your tickets for the streetcars/rapid transit and the “Wienticket” (special ticket that allows you to ride all streetcars/rapid trains/busses for a certain amount of days). If you wish, we will meet you at the airport or station and take you to your apartment (for pay).
