Skiing, snowboarding, ski-bus stops 60 metres from our house, first ski-lift after 1 km!
Because the ski-area is relatively unknow. there are no ques at the ski-lifts, no crowded slopes and it is cheap! Rodeling, Snowmobile trips.

Because Haus Andrea is situated in the middle of the hiking-area of the Koralpe, the mountain of
Wolfsberg, with over 200 kilometres of marked trails.

Haus Andrea is situated in Karinthia where visitors are not only warmly welcomed, but they can
enjoy the beautiful wildlife in:

• 35 preserved natural areas (Haus Andrea is next to such an area)
• 2 national parks (in wich you can see vultures with a 3m wingspan)
• 8000 kilometres of cristalclear rivers / streams
• Over 200 clear lakes
• 75 preserved areas / landscapes with high cultural value

We can tell you about it, but...you have to see it by yourself!

Haus Andrea is situated within the hikinggrounds of the Koralpe with over 200 km of hikingtrails. Because we are an the southside of the Alps (Karinthia), we have a fair advantage of good weather compared to the nordside of the Alps (Tirol, Salzburgerland)
and we are not overwhelmed with tourists.

Wintersports

The nearest ski-lift is only 1 kilometer away and the ski-bus stop 200 metres. Because the ski-resort is
still fairly unknown, you will not find overloaded ski-slopes and long queues of people at the ski-lifts and
the prices are substantially lower.
