room rates

All prices include:
Welcome cocktail, breakfast buffet, night fee for the underground car park between 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., local taxes, VAT and service.

Every room provides bathroom, toilet, telephone, minibar, radio, TV, FAX, air-conditioning and safe.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Diners Club.

Fee for underground car park: € 10,50 (24 hours) per day

Your reservation will be effective until 6 p.m.; after 6 p.m. we will need your credit card information to keep your reservation effective.

We ask you to checkout of your room by 12noon, checkout after noon and before 5 p.m. will cost 50% of the room rate, after 5 p.m. the whole room rate will be charged.

Animals, especially dogs are not permitted.

As special service for our guests we offer a private beach in Pörtschach
(this is not the Seehotel Porcia).
