Our beautiful chalet has been built in the traditional alpine style and the charm of its original construction has been carefully preserved.
The cozy interior is elegantly furnished and lavishly enhanced by custom woodwork, all meeting the highest expectations.
We are situated on a sunny slope above Mittersill  with a magnificent view of the town as well as the surrounding mountains,
which is equally breathtaking, summer or winter. The tranquility of this romantic setting will allow you to forget the demands of daily life
and will make your vacation a very special one.
For your culinary delight, our restaurant starts your day with a first class buffet.
After dinner you may also relax in the intimate atmosphere of our fully stocked bar.
Cable TV, a wide selection of videos, games and books from our library are available for your in-house entertainment;
or you may simply choose to relax in our wonderful sauna, hot tub or enclosed patio sunroom. The jacuzzi is directly fed by a mineral-rich mountain spring located on our property. If you prefer the outdoors, you may also cool off in our small outside pool and afterwards stroll,
sunbathe or smell the flowers in our garden paradise.

FABULOUS WINTERS IN THE ALPS!
Snowy mountain ranges are what you will find in the greater ski area of Kitzbühel/Paß Thurn. 61 ski-lifts will take you to new heights in experiencing 170 km of prepared downhill slopes with various terrains, suited for the beginner or expert. 200 km of cross-country trails, unique cabins, numerous sporting and other activities will ensure interesting and variety-filled holidays. You will find 6 excellent ski areas located nearby: Gerlosplatte, Zell am See, Saalbach-Hinterglemm,Neukirchen-Wildkogel,Weißsee and Kaprun Kitzsteinhorn (glacier skiing all year around). While you enjoy your day on the slopes, your little ones may learn their first turns in the "Ski-Kindergarten". A walk in the sunshine on one of the marvellous hiking trails,
a visit to the ice-skating rink or a sleighride might round off your perfect day in our winter wonderland!
