Our BIO-farm with bed and breakfast is 1,5 km away from the centre of the small town Murau.

You can reach it by car within 5 minutes or it´s a 20 min.walk to get there. Our farmhouse is located at the foot of the mountain “Frauenalpe” and offers a wonderful view of the “Stolzalpe”near Murau.
House and holiday cottages are beautifully situated in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and woodland.
Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on our terrace. You can also cook fresh self-caught trouts from our own pond, relax or watch your children playing there.

Children´s swings, trampoline, table football, table-tennis and our own fish-and swimming- pond will help your children to enjoy themselves.
Murau and sourroundigs offer:

Our 3-bed apartment with extra room is available for families. Our little daughter Babsi would be happy to make new friends.
If you like, we can serve breakfast or little snacks from home made produce. During the peak season we can deliver fresh rolls.

Our comfortable luxury room with shower, WC, balcony, radio and TV-set. An extra sofa for 1-2 more persons can be set up. If you like, we can also offer
a separate children´s room.  Kitchen utensils, coffee machine and fridge can be used in our “breakfast corner”.

The alpine hut 1“Malfleischhube” is 1 km away from our farm house. From our new glass-covered terrace you will enjoy watching sunrise and sun-set.

If you look for a piece of unspoilt countryside, our “alpine hut” is the right place. You can go swimming, fishing skiing and mountain biking.

A well with fresh spring water is in front of the hut. The idyllic pond is inviting for boating, splashing, bathing or just for relaxing.

Trouts can be caught and cooked. Barbecue, table tennis, children´s swings, sandpit and a little brook with water wheel will keep your children busy.

WC is in the hut, shower-facilities are in our farm house.
Murau can offer you a very beautiful indoor swimming pool with sauna. You can get home made products on our farm and fresh rolls during the peak season.

 

The cottage alpin hut 2 “Troadkasten” is a several hundred years old granary and was converted into a comfortable little house.
It´s situated next to the wood on our farm, 5 car-or 20 walking minutes from the station and the centre of the historical town Murau.

You can also reach it without a car.We offer you barbecue, children´s play-ground, darts, table tennis, table football and an own fishing- and swimming pond.
Right next to our farm yard are lots of hiking and walking paths and a physical fitness trail. You can enjoy the “organic”pond, an indoor-swimmingpool

or you can visit the wood-museum in St.Ruprecht. Visit the sights along the” Styrian wood trail”, or do a ride on the slow steam train “Murtalbahn”.
There is a cycling trail along the Mur. Maybe you prefer horse riding or fishing in our pond.
Wintersports you can do on our 7 skiing mountains not far from where we live, “Frauenalpe” and “Kreischberg” are 5 km away.
